Oahu Luaus - Paradise Cove

Set on 12 lovely acres along the ocean on the sunny leeward coast of Oahu near Ko Olina is the Paradise Cove Luau Grounds. Of all the luaus in Hawaii, none offers the extensive cultural experience that awaits you at Paradise Cove. As you arrive, you receive a Mai Tai greeting and are free to stroll the grounds. Hawaiian games of skill and chance, hula lessons, canoe rides, a shower of flowers; there is so much to see and do here! The imu amphitheater gives everyone a great view of the luau pig being dug up from its underground oven. Paradise Cove offers a variety of luau packages (see seating chart below), and their Paradise Cove Extravaganza is one of the most highly regarded hula shows / Polynesian review in all of Hawaii.

Basic Luau

Adults $75;  Youth (13-18) $65;  Children (12 & under)  $55  

A Mai Tai and shell lei greeting upon arrival, two additional standard drink tickets per person, arts and crafts demonstrations, Hawaiian games of skill and chance, Imu ceremony, luau dinner buffet, Paradise Cove Extravaganza, and more! Basic seating is off to the side of the main stage. Round-trip transportation is available from Waikiki for $13 per person.

Orchid Luau

Adults $106;  Youth (13-18) $92;  Children (12 & under)  $80

All the features of the basic luau plus the following; a fresh flower lei greeting, preferred seating for dinner and the show, and two premium drink ticket per person. Round-trip transportation is available from Waikiki for $13 per person.

Deluxe Luau Package

Adults $140;  Youth (13-18) $124;  Children (12 & under)  $112

All the features of the basic luau plus the following; fresh flower or kukui nut lei greeting, souvenir arrival photo per person, priority seating in the front row of tables, full table service, three premium drink tickets per person, and a souvenir Paradise Cove Mug. Round-trip transportation is available from Waikiki for $13 per person.

ACTIVITY TIPS

Paradise Cove is really an amazing place. When I first arrived at their luau grounds, I was skeptical that such a large operation would be any good. I was pleasantly surprised. Their spacious grounds offers so much to do, and they have a truly picturesque location along the ocean. Do yourself a favor ... get out of Waikiki for the evening and enjoy an evening on the other side of Oahu at Paradise Cove. 

The best advice I can give ... go for either their Orchid Luau or their Deluxe Luau package. Not only will your seats be better; your drinks will also be included throughout the evening! Drink coupons go fast when you are walking around, especially during that hour before the sun sets. If you do the basic luau package you'll find that you've used up all your drink coupons before dinner starts and you'll need to purchase additional cocktails or soft drinks. The drink coupons are used for either standard cocktails or soft drinks. Coffee and water are included with all packages and don't require a coupon. In addition to the standard drinks included, the Orchid Luau includes one premium drink, and the Deluxe Luau includes two premium drinks.

Oahu Luau Reservations

Upon submitting your activity reservation for processing, one copy is sent to your e-mail address so that you have a record of your order. We will make reservations for you and send an e-mail confirming all of the details. These confirmations are often sent a few minutes after your reservation, but some activities take longer to confirm than others. You will receive an e-mail confirmation by the end of the next business day at the latest. There are no tickets that you need to pick up prior to your event. Your e-mail confirmation will have all the details you need to check in and enjoy your selected activity. This saves you precious time when you arrive in Hawaii. 

A credit card is required to guarantee payment for your reservations, but in most cases WE DO NOT charge your credit card when your order is placed. Your credit card is typically charged five days before you leave for Hawaii, and a voucher is faxed to the vendor. Some activities are charged at the time of check-in and your e-mail confirmation will inform you if this is the case. If you cancel your activity after your credit card has been charged you will receive a refund less 10% to cover our credit card processing costs.

We do have one vendor that requires payment at the time that your reservation is made. These activities are clearly marked on our website with the words, "Payment required at the time of reservation."

After making reservations, you may reschedule or cancel your activity up until 48 hours prior to its start (a few activities have 72 hour cancellation policies ... see your confirmation e-mail for details). Within 48 hours of the start of your activity all reservations are final and non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled by the vendor due to weather or other factors). Due to our incredible climate here, weather cancellations are rare.  No-shows and cancellations without adequate notice are charged in full on the credit card used to secure the reservation and are non-refundable.
